We pair first-generation college students with dedicated coaches who help them navigate college and launch their careers. Every scholar also receives $5,000 a year in scholarship support and access to Cincinnati's professional community.

Our coaches are professionals from across Cincinnati. None of them are trained counselors. All of them show up.
Tricia arrived as a shy freshman. With Stephanie's guidance she secured an internship her first year, started running races, and now confidently introduces herself to anyone.
Jordan's consistent example empowered Ndeye to trust her own decisions. Their bond stretched beyond school to life skills, like learning to drive.
Nick dreamed of being an aerospace engineer. Stuart, a UC grad himself, helped him navigate the university, opened doors with career introductions, and guided his internship search. Nick graduated with a job at Williams International, building jet engines.

Through Level Up's Launch Network she landed a NICU role at TriHealth. Today she speaks at events, mentors others, and is pursuing her master's in nursing.
